The Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a varied accounting role
Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks or Sage accounting software
Expertise in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
AAT Level 3-4 or equivalent
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

The Role
As a Senior Accounts Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our finance department, taking on increased responsibilities and contributing to the strategic financial success of our organisation.
Processing of sales invoices, income, receipts and payments received
Overseeing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Utilising advanced features of QuickBooks or Sage for comprehensive financial management
Providing expertise in Microsoft Office applications for detailed reporting and presentations
Resolving complex financial queries and providing guidance to junior team members
Driving efficiency improvements in our finance operations
