To take a lead role in the technical capital projects supporting the capital projects delivery process to ensure all projects undertaken are handed over to the site engineering operations team as efficient reliable and maintainable systems. The CWM will be manage, deliver and coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of complex projects to achieve project outcomes and support the achievement of our Workplace Services objectives. Responsible to ensure a standardised approach to governance of project management across the account including:

-communication with all other project team members

-ensure that the project provides plant and facilities that satisfies the required reliability and availability criteria established by the business stream

-eliminate wherever possible equipment having high maintenance burden and seek to achieve the right balance between low capital cost and long term operating and maintenance costs

-ensure that the maintenance and operability issues for all engineering disciplines are addressed at all phases of the project life cycle



The CWM within capital projects shall during all phase of the project and with the operations team and construction representatives manage and agree

-advise on maintenance resource requirements resulting from the project in consultation with the product stream or business area

-ensure our effective partial handover to the production stream business area

-participate and contribute in pre construction reviews eg health and safety design approvals as per project delivery requirements



The CWM shall maintain regular communication with the product stream / business area And engineering personnel across disciplines to ensure full awareness of the project including

-project schedule

-suspension of existing routines

-plant layout changes and implications

-access ability including lifting removal and replacement of equipment

-assess critical spares and liaise with the engineering operations team

-determine staff training requirements to enable maintenance of new equipment

-manage and lead the establishment of maintenance life plans for all plant and equipment and ensure they are incorporated into the computerised management maintenance system



Project handover

-ensure appropriate data is collated checked and entered onto the cmms system

-ensure appropriate maintenance routines are approved by the relevant parties

-provide information to enable an engineering site operations team to initiate new or extend existing contracts

-review guide and assist with all CPC responsibilities

-Ensure maintenance operations documentation is in the correct format complete and transferred to the relevant systems project handover including

-Drawings

-cmms requirements

-equipment spares list

-technical documentation including coshh assessments

-statutory compliance documentation

-maintenance contracts if applicable

-training requirements if applicable



Qualifications

-Prince 2/APM/PMP/CAPM/MSP

-Advanced Excel skills/Monday.com/PowerBi

-Experience of working in a fast paced environment and ability to prioritise a changing workload and use initiative.

-Good communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial individuals.

-High level of integrity with a commitment to embedding a strong governance culture.

-Able to produce concise and informative reporting under tight deadlines.

-Flexible with working hours
