Summary
We provide a thriving and multi purpose venue to meet the needs of the local community and businesses. We are looking for a part time caretaker for the following tasks:
Day to day maintenance and minor repairs and arrange major repairs
Supervise the cleaning team
Ensure the building is safe and monitor for hazards
Monitor and re-order stocks of kitchen and toilet facilities
Set up rooms for the clubs and societies
Ensure the buildings are safe and tidy
Make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working
