Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in a senior care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and senior care, with a passion for providing high-quality assistance to residents in an Residential environment.
*Duties* - Develop and implement care plans for residents in collaboration with the care team - Manage daily operations within the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained - Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to deliver exceptional care services - Coordinate with external healthcare professionals to support residents' well-being
