Summary
H&S and Compliance Coordinator – Doncaster – £27k – days only
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Thurs, finish at 4.30 on Fridays, 42 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 (£12.50p/hr)
Holidays: 20 plus stats increases to 25 plus stats over time

H&S and Compliance Coordinator over view:
Reporting to and collaborating with the Health and Safety Manager and Product Compliance Technical Document Writer you will support the compliance department in all aspects of administration, organisation, and technical document writing.
Responsibilities of the H&S and Compliance Coordinator include:
Maintain training register, issuing training requests and ensuring completion certs are signed off.
Learn how to produce technical documents and then produce forward.
Maintaining statutory maintenance schedules, documentations and remedial works.
Chasing other people and departments for required activities and information.
Conduct H&S and product compliance research.
Support business incident management and investigations.
Support the compliance department with the production of reports, gathering statistics and information when requested.
Support the Compliance department to keep the document filing systems to the correct format and version as well as responding to department emails.
Support with PPE and first aid management.
Deputise for product compliance and H&S manager in their absence.
To be successful, the H&S and Compliance Coordinator will have:
Experience of supporting with product and compliance investigations.
Carrying out workplace inspections as directed.
Supporting audits and inspections.
The successful candidate will be asked to complete the following training:
Technical document writing course.
IOSH managing safely.
Participate in CPD on a regular basis.
