This post is full time and open ended.

The University is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join a small team within the School of Molecular Biosciences. In this role, you will provide a proactive and efficient range of administrative and PA support to Senior Academics, as well as to the Head of Professional Services (HoPS) and the Deputy Head of Professional Services (DHoPS).

The postholder will be responsible for delivering flexible and forward-thinking support in a
fast-paced environment. This includes significant forward planning, handling key internal and external contacts, acting as a professional representative, and independently managing tasks. Working proactively and as part of a team, the postholder will ensure that all enquiries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
