Summary
As a Mobile Carpet Cleaner at Sodexo in the East Cluster, you'll travel with another member of the team to multiple sites and provide cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment. You'll interact with our clients daily, and you'll be improving the quality of life in everyone you meet!
What you’ll do:
- Work as a team of 2, sharing the driving to multiple sites in the area
- Primarily floor cleaning. Cleaning of carpets and hard floors at different sites between the North East and Midlands.
- Lifting floor cleaning machines in and out of vehicles when necessary
- Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks
- You’ll be provided a company vehicle along with a fuel card to visit different sites to carry out a list of scheduled cleaning tasks.
- Be a champion of health and safety practices - spot a near miss? Report it to keep your colleagues safe!
What you bring:
- Full UK (clean) driving license
- Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
- Be a team player and take instruction

Package Description- 40 hours per week
- £11.44 per hour
- 8 hour shifts
- Typically Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends as required)
- Nights and Working away may be required occasionally
- Working at different sites between the North East and Midlands
- 2 person crew - Fuel card and Van provided (Driving can be shared)
- Full UK (clean) driving license required
