Summary
Run by a highly experienced coach, who enjoys teaching riders of all standards.
Options range from attending a clinic to basing yourself and your horse – either for a few days or for longer.
Bill Levett Eventing can help you work towards your goals, drawing up a specific plan for you and your horse, covering both flat work and jumping.
They also take on long term coaching posts, and give clinics both around the UK and overseas.
(Applicants must be 18+)
General yard duties will include;
Mucking out
Turning out and bringing in
Tacking up and tack cleaning
Filling hay nets, feeding and watering
Clipping, pulling, plaiting, trimming
Bathing
Rug changing
Paddock and yard maintenance
Schooling and hacking
First aid
Exercising horses from the ground
Holding vet, farrier, dentist and physio
Handling fit event horses
Training
Full training provided through the Equine Apprenticeship supported by Haddon Training
Qualifications required
C+ in GCSE maths and English is desirable but not essential. However if you dont have this,
Skills required
No specific qualifications required but must have confidence and experience around horses. Must have a desire to work as part of a team and also want to learn about producing and competing event horses at all levels.

This role will give you the confidence and experience to pursue whichever path you choose in the equestrian world.

Duration 15 months
