The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding with prospect and has the willing to develop strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
• Assistant for company product sales and Market exploration
• Office paper work and daily operation
• Customers information collection and record
• Set up virtual meetings and meetings in person
Qualifications
• 3+years' of relevant sales assistant and office experience. Preferable in Plastic, aluminum and building material industries.
• Can make fully use of popular media system operation (like Linkedin ,Facebook....)
• Excellent in skills on telephone calls
• Can work with Mac tablet.
• Good at Written expression and oral communication.
• Customer service skills.
• The ability to work well with others.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
• Good time / route arrangement for sales persons
• The ability to use your initiative.
