Summary
Job Title: Welder Fabricator

Job Type:
Starting Temporary but will lead to a permenant oppertunity for the right candidate.
Hours are 7-4 Monday to Thursday and 7-2.30 Friday - Standard working week is 41.5 hours and after that overtime paid x 1.3 weekdays and x1.5 Saturday.
Holidays commence at 23 Plus bank holidays.

Job Duties:
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Cutting, shaping, and welding metal components
• Work will be mainly fabrication but also MIG Welding. Will be working with lighter and heavier fabrications - steel gauge from 1.5mm up to 10mm.
• Inspecting welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards
• Working with a variety of metals including sheet metal
• A production driven and quality focused role – busy environment, well-established and reputable company.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with sheet metal
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication
Knowledge and Skills:
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
• Knowledge of metal fabrication processes
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment
