About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing transfers of equity and remortgages
- Navigating stamp duty procedures, title checking, and search reports
- Overseeing landlord and tenant relationships, lease renewals, and deeds of surrender
- Assisting with acquisitions and sales of businesses and refinancing
You'll be involved in all stages of the process, from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
- A proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to their work
- Excellent client management skills and the ability to work well in a busy team
