Summary
Ideal Recruit has excellent opportunities for a Part-time Recruitment Resourcers to join our team in Dunstable. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges, embraces change, and is adaptable to growth.
Responsibilities:
• Screening Applications: Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates for the positions.
• Conducting Interviews: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the company.
• Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and informed about company policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
• Be on call to support client needs when required, given our clients operate 24/7.
