Summary
An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist to work in an exceptional service based in the Broadway, Worcestershire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers
This special service provides specialist inpatient and day patient eating disorder services for young people with a primary diagnosis of eating disorder who are working on goals to return to community living
**To be considered for this position you must hold a Full GMC Registration**
As the CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist your key responsibilities include:
• Ensure that people admitted are assessed, treated, and discharged safely
• Medication management
• Quality assurance, complaints and co-production
• Delivery of NICE guidance
• Lead and manage the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards
• You will also work collaboratively with NHS clinicians and commissioners
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Widespread and detailed experience of assessment and management of patients in Child and Adolescent psychiatry
• Ability to take full and independent responsibility for clinical care of patients
• On the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or be accepted within 6 months
The successful CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist will receive an excellent salary of £160,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
