Summary
As the Estates Manager, you'll be integral to ensuring our properties run smoothly and safely. This position offers a balance of operational, financial, and strategic responsibilities that are vital to our organisation. In this role, you'll oversee maintenance services for healthcare properties, working with both in-house teams and contractors to maintain essential systems such as decontamination equipment, heating, ventilation, and security alarms. Your efforts will ensure that these systems are compliant with safety and regulatory standards. You'll also manage the estates both internally and externally, ensuring that our services are reliable and compliant.
