Job Overview

To be responsible for the day to day operational and commercial success of the park. Ensuring the health, safety & wellbeing of our teams and guests is always your highest priority and that you “Create unforgettable experiences one guest at a time”

Key Measure of Success

The maintenance and on-going improvement of the Company’s guest experience and feedback performance.

The rigorous adherence to all applicable health and safety standards, with particular emphasis upon standard operating procedures, team member training, and operational performance monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities

Follow the parks opening and closing operational directives along with all other operational daily, weekly & monthly objectives as per the operational platform.
Deliver accurate cash management summaries on a day to day basis
Ensuring that the Health. Safety & Wellbeing of our guests & team members is always your highest priority.
To manage the on-shift presentational standard of the store, taking effective action to address any short-comings and to report any recurring problems to the Assistant General Manager and/or General Manager.
Support the AGM & GM when required in all HR related matters ensuring the company's HR policies and procedures.
Promptly and professionally manage any maintenance issues and report as necessary via the correct operational systems.
To manage the operational deployment of the team on each shift, including the scheduling of break times and the rotation of allocated duties.
Speak to every team member on each of your shifts.
To actively manage, as required and ‘in-the-moment’, any on-shift accident, incident, or other untoward occurrence, in compliance with the store’s operating procedures.
To exercise timely judgement in assessing whether any escalation is required in the management of any incident, including any requirement to immediately notify the Assistant General Manager or the General Manager.
To maintain a log-record of any incident, including a clear date and timeline, a description of actions taken, and the collection of any records (including photographic) or witness statements etc.

To fulfil the role of Company Ambassador, both as a stakeholder in the Flip Out UK Group Store network, and also in leading & developing the park’s local community engagement programme.
Work additional hours from time to time to meet the requirements of the business.

Working Conditions

We are looking for Duty Managers to join us on a 24 hour a week contract covering 1 weekday and both Saturday and Sundays weekly.

Our parks are large in scale and as such a degree of good fitness is essential as you will work your way around the park dealing with many matters on a day to day basis with the ability to stabilise yourself on our trampolines should you be required to and be required to stand for extended periods of time.

Rates of Pay & Benefits

£15222.96 per annum actual (24 hour a week contract)
