We have over 140 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a Quality Director to join our team in Alcester.

As the Quality Director, you will lead a premium quality strategy and function that delivers outstanding customer care and service. You will be the custodian of a ‘quality care’ culture, developing and implementing strategies that meet our customer requirements. You will ensure robust internal insight, transparent reporting, and drive service improvements through innovative actions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a market-leading premium quality strategy and plan
  • Influence business-wide delivery of a ‘quality care’ culture through strong leadership and quality infrastructure
  • Generate internal customer and carer insight to drive service improvements and minimise risk
  • Ensure transparent reporting of safeguarding, complaints, and advocate whistleblowing
  • Lead a high-performing quality team and provide broader business leadership
  • Identify and escalate compliance issues, recommend corrective actions
  • Develop and monitor a risk-based audit strategy, ensuring inspection readiness
  • Act as the business DPO (Data Protection Officer)
  • Ensure the quality strategy supports key commercial business objectives
  • Monitor and apply external quality best practice

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Extensive experience in a senior quality role in a care/healthcare setting
  • Proven experience leading a quality function in a regulated environment
  • Degree level qualification, or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of quality systems and home care legislation
  • Strong project management, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • A passion for customer service and continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Digital and technology skills
