Our client, a multi-award-winning luxury travel agency recently crowned Best Small Agency in the North East, is looking for a Travel Consultant to join their team. You’ll be at the heart of turning clients’ travel dreams into reality, specialising in bespoke, high-end holidays.
Whether you’ve travelled the globe or have a desire to see more of it, your love for exploration will be a huge asset (but don't worry – international travel experience, while a bonus, isn’t a must).
Are you the right person for the job?
• 1+ years of travel industry experience, allowing you to hit the ground running, using your expertise to deliver top-notch service
• Attention to detail is key when creating these high-end, tailor-made holidays
• Bring your A-game to ensure customer satisfaction and branch success
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment
• Comfortable using booking systems (GDS experience like Sabre is a bonus), as well as social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
What will your day-to-day look like?
• Engage with customers, identifying their travel needs and creating personalised itineraries
• Use your product knowledge to provide impeccable service, ensuring every booking is flawless
• Contribute to the branch’s success by maximising bookings and hitting sales targets
