Summary
Lone Night Work - The post will require attending targeted sites to ensure safety and wellbeing support to residents, respond to ASB and support staff when required, a vehicle will be supplied.
The post will require liaising with members of the public reporting incidents, following up calls and attending and assessing incidents as they arise. The post holder will be required to risk assess each situation and take action as appropriate, linking with emergency services where applicable and recording all outcomes on IT systems efficiently.
The post holder will have lone working safety equipment to update movements and visits as well as liaising with the out-of-hours Duty Manager service throughout the shift for updates where required.
