Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils in your class.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help each child achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school leaders to create a positive and cohesive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a culture of respect and responsibility.
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress and well-being.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching at the primary level is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
