Summary
To evaluate new tests and technologies prior to introduction into the laboratory as part of service improvement. Work with senior scientists in maintaining analytical quality ensuring that any problems with IQC and EQA are promptly addressed and prevented. Participation in relevant laboratory Quality, Management and Audit meetings Critically appraise new information, as published in the literature, and apply this to the development of the Department. Provide appropriate verbal and written interpretation/ reporting of immunological results
