Summary
Kinaxia Logistics are recruiting a WMS Solutions Analyst to join their team. The WMS Solutions Analyst will be responsible for the setup, configuration, development, testing, reporting and application support of the warehouse technology solutions (primarily Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS) used within Kinaxia warehouses and contract packing operations, as well as the related system and customer data integrations.

About the job:
• Configuration of Dispatcher to Kinaxia standard and subsequent testing process to ensure the system meets operational business requirements.
• Capture operational requirements for BI and reporting, and subsequently develop, test and deploy.
• Perform data transition / cutover script developments to ensure the system is working correctly and is operationally fit for purpose.
• Complete the client and internal systems integration setup, support the go live activities and support user operational acceptance testing phase to ensure an accurate and smooth implementation.
• Build effective working relationships to enable collaboration with external partners, internal operations colleagues and external customers to deliver effective change and support services.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support to end user community via site superusers ensuring resolutions in agreed timescales to deliver high customer service levels.
Your knowledge and experience:
• Recognised IT or Sciences Qualification at degree level is desirable
• Full car driving licence and access to a car
• Dispatcher WMS configuration and architecture
• Third Party Billing module of Dispatcher
• PL/SQL
• Jaspersoft (iReports)
• Warehousing operational processes
• Familiarity with data integration technologies (sftp, xml, web services)
• Awareness of BI reporting tools such as Qlik
• Awareness of Customs & Excise operational processes
• Awareness of Contract Packing operational processes
• Experience in warehousing/logistics distribution sector
• Experience of Blue Yonder Dispatcher WMS
• Experience of using reporting tools – iReports
• Experience of ‘middleware’ integration platforms such as CData Arc
• Experience of Customs & Excise systems such as Descartes e-Customs desirable
• Experience of Contract Packing systems such as Nulogy Shopfloor desirable
