Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer service-driven individual to join our front-of-house team in Knaresborough!
The role:
You will be the first point of contact for all patients, taking them through their journey whilst delivering a first-class customer service experience. You will be responsible for efficiently managing the appointment books alongside various administrative and financial tasks.
The ideal candidate:
We don’t need you to know anything about dentistry; full training will be provided. We want you to have a genuine passion for delivering a 5* customer service experience for all our patients. Keeping people happy and making them smile will fulfill you in your role!
