Are you the right person for the job?
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in sales or account management (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Recruitment experience is a plus
What will your role look like?
• Manage and cultivate relationships with customers enquiring about the services of Talent Finder
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic selling
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
