We are writing a new and exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. HOUSEKEEPING
The Housekeeping team ensures every guest has an exceptional experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas. With outstanding professionalism and attention to detail, they create a welcoming environment, leaving a lasting positive impression on resort visitors.
Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £11.94 hourly rate, compromising of a base hourly rate of £11.44 plus a qualified estimate of £0.50 gratuities per hour
About the role
The hours for this role is 35 hours per week and working 4 pm to 10 pm.
As an evening housekeeper you will be required to service guest bedrooms to a high standard
You will also be responsible for:
- To ensure the highest level of cleaning standards are achieved
- To carry out any additional deep clean or daily cleaning
- To liaise closely with the Housekeeping Manager & Supervisor on a daily basis
- To have pride and commitment in your area of work
About you
Experience in housekeeping is preferred and the ideal candidate will be hard working, a team player, positive, enthusiastic and organised.
In addition to this you will:
· Have a flexible approach to work and shift patterns,
· be standards driven and be able to deliver, and
· have an exemplary attention to detail.
· Be able to deal with guest enquiries in a friendly manner as you will be the face of the housekeeping team around the resort.
