£40,000 - £45,000

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who is looking for a new opportunity that offers hybrid working between Home and our in central London office (1 -2 days a week)

The CEO of Sodexo has a new opportunity available for you to join them as their executive assistant, which is amultifaceted role that often involves a blend of administrative, strategic, and operational tasks.

You will providea crucial layer of support, allowing the CEO to focus on higher-level strategic decisions and leadership and provide a level of liaison with the operational teams for the MD’s.

Knowledge & Experience Required For This Role

  • Previous experience in a similar role senior Executive Assistant role that included Project Management experience.
  • Evidence of providing support in a large corporate environment and working with stakeholders at all levels including executive.
  • Proven ability to influence, drive and lead within a matrix organization through excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and colleagues across the UK&I region, to create results-driven, team-orientated environment
  • Demonstrated experience of strong forward planning, problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Good judgement and a strategic mindset for proactive persistence to resolve short-term issues while also balancing long-term objectives
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office, Smartsheet and information systems
