Interim Strategic Asset Manager (Hra) (Housing) needed in Warwick Ref 5255506
Full time hours on a temporary basis
HRA Asset Management Strategy: To develop and drive the delivery of the Client HRA Asset Management Strategy. Assessment of assets suitable for redevelopment, re-designation, remodelling, alternative use or disposal and the mechanisms by which new assets could be developed, disposed or acquired. To support the achievement of the Client Medium Term Financial Strategy objectives and HRA Business Plan viability and objectives.
This will involve:
