Estimator – Derby
Approach Personnel are partnering with our new client to recruit an Assistant Estimator. As an Assistant Estimator, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team, helping the business to develop relationships and increase sales.

Duties
• Collating and reviewing design documents in order to produce accurate costs and materials estimates
• Ensuring quotations and work plans are in line with building regulations and requirements, as well as certification scheme requirements
• Liaising directly with customers regarding their requirements and the progression of their quotes
• Working closely with the pre-construction team to manage client relationships, provide an excellent customer experience, and manage timeline of works
About You
• Experience in a joinery and/or manufacturing based estimating role, preferably working with doorsets
• Punctual and can-do attitude with a desire to progress
• Reliable, with a proven track records of delivering successful estimates
Salary Details
- Annual salary of c.£30,000-35,000+ d.o.e
