Summary

Advertisement Details

The ICT assistant will provide first line user support and customer service for SIC supported ICT equipment and services, as defined by ITIL v3. This is a highly visible customer facing role. This will include working as part of a team to maintain ICT services. The ICT Assistant will also undertake a range of duties associated with financial and administrative support to the ICT Unit.
