Summary

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Business Administrator to join our growing business. This is a part-time but permanent position with the potential to transition to full-time as the business expands. The role will involve managing various day-to-day office duties while contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling telephone calls, emails, social media, customer and supplier enquiries.
Maintaining and tracking ongoing jobs and projects.
Managing invoices/purchases and basic accounts.
Delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
Supporting general office administration tasks.
Taking initiative in decision-making and problem-solving.
Managing social media and performing general office software tasks.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in general office software and computer skills.
Punctuality and reliability.
Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.

Optional Skills (Desirable but not essential):
Graphic design and printing.
Packaging and production knowledge.
Basic accounting and Sage Accounting software.
Social media marketing.
