Summary

We are seeking a talented Copywriter Editor - QA Specialist to oversee the quality and accuracy of our written content. This role combines expert copywriting and editing skills with a rigorous focus on QA processes to ensure all content meets our high standards for clarity, consistency, and correctness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Editing:
    • Write, edit, source and proofread various types of content.
    • Ensure content is clear, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Review and evaluate content for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to company standards.
    • Conduct thorough QA checks to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, or formatting issues.
    • Develop and implement QA processes and best practices to enhance content quality.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with our content team and collaborate with internal and external stake holders to ensure content meets project goals and deadlines.
    • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to writers and other team members to improve content quality.
  • Content Strategy & Improvement:
    • Analyse content performance and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Suggest and implement strategies to enhance content effectiveness and alignment with target audience needs.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of QA processes and outcomes.
    • Prepare reports on content quality metrics and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a copywriter, editor, or QA specialist in a professional setting.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
  • Experience with QA processes and tools for content quality assurance.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with strong organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [specific industry or content type relevant to the company].
  • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory standards, if applicable.
  • Self-Starter and team player.
