Summary
There is a £1000 financial incentive attached to the role for anyone new to a permanent role in the Early Years sector or returning to the sector after 6 months.
The GBNFC Group is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join our experienced and talented team based at Grendon and Billesley Nursery.
As an Early Years Practitioner you will need to provide a high quality of care for children aged between 6 weeks -5yrs ensuring that their early learning and development will enhance and promote the child’s progress, using the curiosity approach in our children’s learning to engage their imaginations and letting them explore in the natural environment.
You must be creative and reflective as a practitioner implementing and working alongside the team with new ideas, using a range of strategies to continually improve practice and support the management team.
