Summary
We are excited to be looking for support officers to work at the Home office across 2 sites in Croydon.
What we are looking for
-MUST have at least a 5 year work history in the UK to pass vetting checks
-Must be fully flexible to work over a period of 7 day and/or nights
-Excellent customer service skills and communication
-Must be able to deal with difficult situations
-Must be able to stand/walk for periods of times
-Must be able to work in a very busy environment
-Must be able to work as part of a team and be able to work independently
-Must be calm and professional at all times
-Must have excellent time keeping skills
Hours will average anything from 8 hours per week up to 50 hours per week - This role is for dedicated relief officers with the possibility of becoming a full time core member in the future.
