Team leaders required for our prestigious automotive based client. This role is to start immediately and is based in the South Birmingham area. This is an ongoing role leading to a permanent position after a successful trial period. If you have Team leader experience then we want you to apply!
Responsibilities of the Team Leader: Ensure daily performance and quality KPI's are achieved. Work with warehouse manager to develop own performance, team performance and process with the warehouse. Ensure stock integrity is maintained to the highest possible standards. Support the implementation of best practice within the department. Deliver daily team briefs. Using a FLT counterbalance truck when needed to assist the team The ideal candidate will need to have: Experience in a team leader/supervisor position Self motivated Able to work at a fast pace with a high level of attention to detail Highly organised, and follows written operating procedures well Counterbalance license will be advantageous Rate of pay: £12.01 Hours of work: 8:30-16:30 or 10:00-18:00 This role will lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
