Summary

The Best Connection Employment group are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Administrators to support our client at their new site in MK42. This is a responsible and varied role and a great opportunity to join the team at this well respected international company.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 14.30-23.00hrs Pay: £12.51 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Administrator: General office Inter-departmental duties including answering inbound/outbound telephone calls and emails, systems maintenance, action customer requests. Filing, retrieving, maintaining delivery/consignment documentation and workshop/inter- departmental records. Ensure all documentation for customer orders is actioned and collated as required. Works as a key member of the team to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the department and working collaboratively. Competent daily use of all IT office software packages such as Microsoft office and company CRM systems to maintain accurate records.# Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and support warehouse management by providing support across the departments. Requirements of the Warehouse Administrator: Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and/or industry. Computer literate, strong competencies with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Ability to work on own initiative, strong attention to detail with ability to prioritise conflicting tasks. Team player with a flexible can-do attitude to work.
