We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable individual to work with students to make a difference to young people’s lives, who is passionate abut their education and able to inspire students to give and achieve their best.
The successful candidate will be a specialist with certain individual students and groups of students, but a key aspect is that that the Student Support manager will be managing and co-ordinating delivery via others. The emerging vision is that the Student Support Managers are senior members of our Support Staff team, working side-by-side with senior leaders, leading on key aspects of our pastoral care and student support services.
For the right person, this is a very exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking school, and an increasingly thriving part of the school.
