We are seeking a highly experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated person to join our dynamic team and deputise for the Head of Operations, Quality, Care and Compliance!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deputise for the Head of Operations, Quality, Care and Compliance including as designated safeguarding lead.

- Hold CQC registration and responsibility for our services delivering the regulated activity of Personal Care.

- Line manage, coach and develop service managers to a high standard.

Oversee the daily operations of a range of care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, policy, key legislation and best practices.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and quality standards.

Collaborate with health and social care professionals, utilising your knowledge of The Care Act.

Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to people we support, making improvements as needed, with support from our Quality and Compliance and PBS Team.

Provide data and reports to Head of Operation, Quality, Care and Compliance

Oversee recruitment, training and staffing with support from our HR and Recruitment Team and manage performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and compassionate team.

Maintain relationships with people we support, families, and external partners to promote our services and foster trust.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field.

Proven experience in multi-site management and coaching.

In depth understanding and application of healthcare regulations associated legislation and best practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate approach with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

This post is based in services so you will need be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
