Summary
GR Employment Limited is currently recruiting for several Parcel Sorters in the Raunds area of Northamptonshire for a well-established logistics organisation.
As a warehouse operative, you are vital to the safe and efficient movement of our parcels in our depots.
As a warehouse operative you will find that no two days are the same, equipped with all the tools needed to do the job, you will be required to unload, scan, sort and load our parcels, ensuring that their journey through our network is safe and swift.
Some of the parcels you will be handling are large/heavy items, weighing up to 25kg. This is a physically demanding job so you must be able to lift, load and carry to be able to perform your duties.
Shift Available:
Sunday to Saturday: 11:30pm to 8:30am
Hourly Rate: £11.44 Per hour (weeks 1-12) increasing to £13.21 after week 13
Please note that the pay rate after 06:00 – will be £11.44
Overtime paid after 40 hours - £18.51 per hour (paid from week 13)
You will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
