We are looking to appoint a Restaurant Team Leader (Evenings) - in The Nest Bar and Restaurant at Bainland Lodge Retreats.
The role will predominantly be working evening shifts, ensuring our ethos of great customer service is provided to all of our guests visiting our stunning venue.
The role is diverse and will require the successful candidate to carry out a range of duties including the below.
Ensuring excellent customer service is provided by the team that you are managing on shift, striving on the high standards expected.
Co-ordinating staff to undertake tasks whilst on shift ensuring high standards of cleanliness are kept.
Handling customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring guests have the most enjoyable experience they can.
Promoting sales and upselling through your team on shift to maximise profit.
Training and monitoring staff performance, ensuring staff are working to the expected standard.
Maintain a positive restaurant culture, ensuring that staff are motivated in their role.
Undertake time management of staff, including the involvement in department rota's and day to day staff management of absences and holiday's.
Stock ordering and inventory checks on equipment.
Be competent in the use of EPOS systems, with experience of managing items, discounts, voids and equipment.
Manage bookings and the bookings system to effectively optimise the customer flow in The Nest.
Be a responsible key holder for the premises, ensuring that the locations you are responsible for are secured at close of the business.
Personal licence an advantage, but not a requirement.
Your own transport is an advantage due to the location of the park.
Uniform allowance provided.
Shifts from 7am to 11pm, including weekends.
10% Service Charge added to bills and split between staff - great earning potential.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
