Role Overview:

As the Sales Manager for the fashion department, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading the team, and ensuring our customers receive a memorable shopping experience. You will work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Profitability: Drive and exceed sales targets by maximising opportunities and ensuring the fashion department meets financial goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales assistants to achieve personal and store targets, providing regular feedback and support.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively
  • Stock Management: Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and control to ensure optimal stock availability and minimise losses.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans to achieve targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
