Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours day shift

Key Responsibilities:
* Assembly, installation, and maintenance of commercial catering equipment.
* Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and blueprints.
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues in equipment.
* Performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
* Collaborating with the engineering team to resolve any design or manufacturing issues.
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter, ideally within the catering/Packaging equipment or a similar industry.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with a range of tools and machinery.
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are advantageous.
