Summary

Complex Care Assistant 12 hours requirement (waking nights)

Edinburgh

Pay Rate:

  • Competitive pay rate - £13.24 Mon to Thurs overnights & £14.93ph Fri to Sunday.
  • Weekly Pay

Shift Pattern:

  • Waking Nights - 12hrs shifts
  • 20:00-08:00
  • 2 nights Week 1 & 3 nights week 2

Your role will include:

  • Administering medication through peg
  • Monitoring and supervising sats and seizure activity
  • Stoma care
  • Support and assist with night routine and Personal care
  • Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans

We're looking for:

  • An experienced carer/support worker with complex care experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Compassionate, committed and reliable
  • A driver's licence/own transport is an advantage
  • Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
