Summary
Conduct home visits to assess patients' medical needs, provide diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans. Perform routine medical examinations, screenings, and diagnostic tests as necessary. Prescribe medication, administer treatments, and provide ongoing management. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
