Summary

We are reviewing elements of the Service, so this an exciting time to join our Team."To provide professional, quality planned programmes of Podiatry care to Diabetic patients who have an assessed need.

As part of the Podiatry team and wider trust, contribute to the development, and adhere to the Podiatry Department and Trusts policies, strategies and objectives.

To work as part of a multidisciplinary team and act as a source of advice to patients, carers, GP’s and other health care professionals.

To continue to Develop this key area of Podiatry

Highly Specialist Podiatrist- Team Lead

Band 7,Full time 37.5 hours

We are looking to appoint for a Band 7 Podiatrist to be a Team Lead and expert in clinical Diabetes Podiatry across the Community in a variety of settings including, Health Centers, Clinics, GP Practices and nursing/residential homes and patients own homes, based in the Croydon area. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Team Leader You will play a key role in covering the Diabetes service in the Community and link with our Vascular and Surgical teams in hospital. Management of staff will be supported by the OCL

We also have a hospital based specialist Podiatry Team, you will need to liaise with this and other Teams and Services


You will be fully supported by colleagues and other Team Leaders and will be encouraged to continue to develop your clinical skills.

We are looking for a person who is motivated, keen to learn and develop their clinical skills and who can work as part of a team.
