Summary


The Learning and Development Team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are seeking to appoint an administrator to provide a support role.

This role is required to support the learning and development team with the delivery of 3 skills boot camps in partnership with an external provider.
• To provide and support the best development for our people.
• To use systems and follow administration processes that support the service, contributing to the delivery of key objectives and outcomes.
• To provide administrative support to the team managers, projects and the wider team in order to deliver and develop a quality service.
• To provide information, advice and guidance to service users linked to People Development needs.
• To support and contribute to the delivery of projects and strategies, in order to provide ahigh quality service and ensure the organisation meets a range of key performance indicators.

We manage three major locality hospitals at North Tyneside, Wansbeck and Hexham, plus a number of smaller community hospitals and clinics from Tynemouth to Berwick on Tweed, covering one of the largest geographical areas of any NHS trust in the country.
