Summary
Leading on legal claims for possession.
Working with legal representatives and ensuring the protocol deadlines are adhered to.
Working with teams across the Accommodation Directorate to understand the demand signal for SFA from entitled Service Personnel.
Working with senior managers to manage cases effectively including engagement with DIO Comms and Parliamentary to ensure high-profile cases are identified and reported on appropriately.
Advising on novel or contentious casework and submitting recommendations regarding any enforcement action.
Financial forecasting.
Monitor payment arrears monthly to ensure legal action is prioritised.
Engagement with DBS to minimise debt and maximise recovery.
Maintaining a register of all ongoing housing disrepair cases.
Collation of documentation from DIO Accommodation teams and Industry Suppliers to support legal cases.
Line Management.
Your team is split across two locations at RAF Wyton and RAF Honington and weekly attendance at each site is required. Travel to other locations may also be required.
Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.
