We are now looking to appoint a SEND Practitioner who has the skills and experience to support our SEND students’ progress and development across the curriculum. The successful candidate will have a solution focused, collaborative and restorative approach.

It is essential that the post holder shares our school ethos which is firmly rooted in a restorative approach and the following values: to ‘Know our children well’; to be ‘Partners in Learning’; to develop ‘Character for Achievement’; to ‘Enjoy and Aspire’. We firmly believe that in order to move forwards we need to be prepared and able to ‘do things differently and do different things’.

Further details about the role

The post holder will also be a coach and fully involved in our Coaching programme and House system, flexible learning and invigilation duties. We welcome applicants with an interest in the above and training will be provided to support the successful candidate.
