Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in guiding and supporting our team of nursery staff, offering mentorship and encouragement along the way

- Make sure our nursery is always a safe, sparkling haven for all the kids
- Cultivate a feel-good atmosphere that fosters the emotional, social, and educational development of each and every child
- Team up with parents and carers, keeping them in the loop about their child's exciting progress
- Keep an eye on each child's development, giving feedback and offering personalized support when needed
- Follow all the rules and regs to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in our care
