Summary
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the company's HR Management System in alignment with ISO accreditation standards.
- Manage employee timekeeping, absenteeism, disciplinary actions, and training records.
- Assist management with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Lead the recruitment process: draft job descriptions, prepare advertisements, screen applications, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Ensure the company's compliance register is up-to-date, covering ISO certifications, SHEQ standards, Environmental and Health & Safety regulations, and other critical memberships.
- Coordinate with external auditors and organise mandatory training sessions to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on the company's compliance with First Aid and Hazardous Waste Alert Systems.
- Work closely with external auditors for ISO and BAM compliance audits.
What I'm Looking For- HR experience is essential; experience in compliance is a plus but not required.
- A self-starter who is eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
