Summary

Salary: £32,535

We are recruiting for a Senior Operations Support Administrator to join our Metworks team. Our Metworks service is responsible for responsive repairs and planned works and you will support the team by carrying out a range of duties including but not limited to;

- Booking training courses with approved suppliers
- Creating and issuing log joining instructions for delegates
- Issuing training registers to training providers, reconcile to delegate lists and add attendance to training records
- Maintaining training records, monitoring renewal dates to ensure all certification remains in date
- Scanning, filing and issuing certificates
- Log and monitor complaints on CRM and MPS
- Maintaining details of holidays and other absence on the Metworks staff spreadsheet
- Ensuring all documentation is recorded and sent to HR
- Entering monthly OOH and O/T payments for approval
- Preparing recruitment documentation
- Assisting with recruitment and induction activities
- Controlling the issuing of keys to company vehicles and maintaining user records to enable all vehicle usage to be traceable
- Recording weekly vehicle checks, producing compliance reports for action by supervisors
- Helping to define Metworks business processes, drawing process maps and writing up procedures using the Metworks templates
- Support the operational management team with the day to day running of the business/office.
