Job Description

Level 3 Early Years Educator

Salary: Up to £28,000 - Dependent on experience and qualifications

40 hours per week

Our client currently has a position available for dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children and a strong commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for their young learners. With dedicated classrooms for each age range the children thrive in the nurturing learning environment. All children enjoy time in the beautiful nursery garden, along with many outings in the local community.

Qualifications:
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Experience working in a childcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion

Responsibilities:
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Observe and assess children's development and progress
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of the nursery's curriculum
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and carers
